1. General Terms and Conditions

1.1 By approving the MijnNaamketting purchase conditions, the Customer verifies that he/she has turned 18 and has full legal rights to enter into an agreement. The terms only apply to you who place an order via Mijn-Naamketting.com.

2. Agreement and Order

2.1 In order to complete a purchase, the Customer must accept the Terms and Conditions. The customer thereby consents to the use of personal data and cookies in accordance with our privacy policy and Point 3.

2.6 All orders are processed within 2-3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed up to two weeks. Additional delivery days may be added for delivery.

3. Right of withdrawal and Complaints

3.1 MijnNaamketting offers a 30-day right of withdrawal and a satisfied customer guarantee. The time for the right of withdrawal begins when you receive the item. Customer satisfaction guarantee means that you can return the product if you are not satisfied. You have 30 days to use the warranty. In case of return, we will refund you the full amount when we have received the item. We are not responsible for return costs. Returns do not apply to any personalized orders due to the personalized nature of our product.

For the right of withdrawal and customer satisfaction guarantee to apply, the product and packaging must be returned in the same condition as when it was received. Any reduction in value of the product, due to use or careless unpacking, may be added if you exercise your right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal and customer satisfaction guarantee do not apply to already discounted or discounted goods.

If the product is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right of cancellation.

3.2 Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you noticed the error or should have noticed it. If you advertise within two months, it is always considered within a reasonable time.
