Return policy
MijnNaamketting offers 30 days open purchase. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized orders due to the personalized nature of the product. Custom orders are covered by our customer satisfaction guarantee.
Customer satisfaction guarantee
All orders are covered by our customer satisfaction guarantee. Customer satisfaction guarantee means that you can request a new item if you are not satisfied. To be entitled to a refund or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by submitting a complaint with photos of your jewelry.
Cancel/change your order within 24 hours
To cancel or change your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, otherwise we will have time to start manufacturing your piece of jewelry.
Delivery
The estimated delivery time is based on recent deliveries and should not be taken as a guaranteed delivery time. We do everything to make the delivery as smooth as possible, but in case of late delivery we cannot give you compensation.
Lost or stolen packages
MijnNaamketting can guarantee delivery to the notified address, date of delivery, tracking information and logistics information for the customer to review. If it turns out that the product has not been delivered to you, we will manufacture a new necklace based on your order and send it again.

Instructions
In order to return your goods, please contact our customer support support@mijn-naamketting.com. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and you can then return your goods in the original packaging with the help of our prepaid shipping label. Our return fee is EUR 10 and replacements/changes are free.
Refund timeline and payment
Once we have received the return or once you can provide proof that the item has been sent back, we will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal (for items where the right of withdrawal applies).
The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. If payment was made via Klarna, the refund will be processed through Klarna, which will then update your invoice or payment.
